Be Careful for Health

I think my health is getting better. My wife and I decided to change our life better about two weeks ago. Our life had been bad. For example, we eat snacks about every day, we do not do exercise, and our weight had been increased.

First, we tried to reduce weights. We changed to have more healthy foods than before and decided not to eat snacks. It succeeded. Our weights decreased. Second, I tried to do exercise once a two or three days.

I feel that my health is good condition. I would like to continue this good routine.
