I was excited in the meeting today. I wondered it is better not to be excited.
In the meeting, I discussed an approach to the task. My opinion was conflicted with other team members. Since the opinion of members seemed to be wrong for me, I claim that and I told why I thought so. However, members disagreed that. Since it was important, I didn't change my opinion. The discussion had been getting excited. Other colleagues might worry about us.
Finally, members agreed my opinion. However, I felt much tired, and I wonder I shouldn't be so excited if I feel like this.
