This movie is set in the 1970s when women's right was not guaranteed as today. Ruth was an intelligent woman, and she studied hard and graduated top of the raw department in a university. However, she encountered several obstacles because of the fact she was a woman. She thought there were a lot of discriminations against women and she accepted them though she didn't want. She finally against that. She was so cool.
