The main character didn't look happy and was not satisfied with his environment such as his work, girlfriend, family. But it was wrong. His friend was always joking and he looked like he didn't think about the main character, but he read a book for cancer and study it. The mother took care of him too much and he didn't like that. But she also struggled with his ills and had concerns.
I think we can see several aspects about one thing. Maybe I feel sad if bad things happened. But it is important to find the good aspect of it.
