My new sofa was broken within just two days after I bought it. I did not do a special thing, and I just used it in a usual way. However, my sofa's fabric tore about 6 cm. So I called the support center, and they were going to replace my sofa with a new one.
A new sofa arrived today. Thankfully, the staff took the old broken one and built a new one. So I didn't have to do anything. The work finished in about 15 minutes and was too faster than I built before. I am happy to have a new sofa, and I hope it will not be broken fast.
