I attend the event that the colleagues who were the second year of the company gave presentations for their works in the last year. I listened to their works. They took much effort for the presentations since the executives also listened to that and commented for their works. I thought their works were very well. Their presentations were easy to understand, and I could understand their ideas and the issues they tried to solve. A colleague said an important thing. He said that we have to have confidence that our research will be used before we begin to research. I completely agree with it.
