The new financial year started. The organization of my company usually changes at this timing. There was a big meeting that the whole members of the department attend. The managers explained to us about the new organization and goals. I knew my team members at this meeting. It surprised me. Our team consists of 8 people, one manager, and 7 employees, but the manager and 4 of 7 employees are foreigners. It may mean we have to speak English in every meeting. It was bad news. I thought I have to study English more hard.
