Recruiting prominent persons is very important to enhance a company. In my group, all team members interview a candidate. My team is very small, so an interview is a big event since most of the members have to take time for an interview.
There is my concern about interviewing. My English is poor, but I have to interview in English when a non-Japanese speaker comes. The interview takes one hour, and it is so long for me.
I got a notification today that a new candidate is coming, and who is a non-Japanese speaker. The interview will take place two weeks after. I am so nervous, but I have to do it. I will prepare for the interview to do a good interview.
