Psychological Safety

Psychological safety is a famous method for building a good team. It tells that it is very important for members to ask anything easily to other members. A team whose members help each other is very strong, and having psychological safety is one of the indicators of such a strong teams.

My current team mainly communicates on Slack. So, if we want to ask members something, we must ask on Slack. It was very difficult for me since I felt it was very hard to ask on chat than to ask face to face.

I changed my mind and tried to ask some questions on Slack this week. It was so good, my team members were so kind, and I could work productively this week. I thought and recognized again that psychological safety was so important.
