I was invited to a committee by my boss, which consists of only high-grade members. My boss said this group will organize our team. The committee members will score members' performance or will organize job interviews. I was surprised, and I felt nervous a little bit since I didn't have such experiences. My boss assigned the committee members for interviewers for upcomming internship. It was OK, but there was one problem. I was assigned to the interviewer for non-native Japanse speaker. He maybe possible to speak Japanease, but maybe not. Oh my god, my boss didn't know my poor English skills yet. I was nervous, but I will try it. I will prepare much to be successful for the interview.
