I joined a new team the last month, and I started to develop software in the team. That was a great experience for me since I have never developed software. I have coded some programs, but all the programs were only for myself or people who are very close to me. Softwares are different from such programs. Many people use them, so they are developed carefully, not including bugs, and are easy to use. I can't develop such software since it needs a lot of knowledge and experience. Fortunately, I am now rapidly learning such skills during the code review. The code review is one of software development frameworks. When you code something, the team members will review the codes. They sometimes comment if they find something to improve the codes. In that way, the codes keep high quality, and the members will enhance their skills with each other. I realized the benefits very much during the code review.
